The line at the signing table.
“Could you make it out to…?”
Now it exists for ebooks.
Signed, serial-numbered author's cut editions — the same titles you love, with more in them.
What is an author's cut?
The same title that's on Amazon — and more of it. Books change on their way to publication: scenes get adjusted or cut for pacing, side stories trimmed for continuity, endings tightened, twists and turns straightened out so the book reads faster. The author's cut is the version with that material in it — more pages, more story, the roads the book almost took — along with the author's own personal remarks throughout: why this scene went, what that line really meant, what happened off the page.
An author's cut simply contains more than the KDP edition does. It's the version only the author could give you — released alongside or after the Amazon edition, as each author's publishing commitments allow.
And every copy is yours alone
- Signed by the author — and made out exactly how you asked: your name, a personal dedication, like handing your copy across the signing table.
- Serial-numbered — your copy has a number no other copy has, verifiable on a public registry: it exists, it's signed, it's recorded.
- Yours forever — free re-downloads for the buyer, for life. New e-reader, lost file, ten years from now: still yours.
For authors: be first
We're building this with a founding group of authors. Pricing is still being decided — and founding authors lock in launch pricing forever. You're at the beginning of something; you help shape it, and you keep the best pricing it will ever have.
