What launching looks like
Week 1: you send us your signature (or sign on a tablet), a dedication template, and your numbering
choice. We set up your storefront page and connect your Square account.
Week 2: you announce to your newsletter and back matter: "Signed editions now exist." Readers buy;
copies mint and deliver themselves; you watch the registry fill.
Ongoing: new books, patron upgrades, limited runs for release week — the signed edition becomes part
of your launch playbook.
